WHAT WE DO
We connect Canadian brands with target audiences who want more for themselves, and for their communities than what big box retailers are offering.
Our ability to cross-sell your collections on our platform is done through a Shopify app that is fully automated on the vendor-side resulting in a seamless integration with our marketplace at no additional cost and no upkeep required by the brand owners.
This results in a secondary free sales channel that you only pay for when you experience a sale.
Aside from the free sales channel already mentioned, our free membership does have it's perks.
1. Presence on our website. Think of us like a mall. Being a great store sitting beside another great store is good business for everybody. Our average purchase involves two or more brands. Use this to your advantage.
2. Access to The Studio. This is a full loft space with a white wall for backdrops and more. Great for photoshoots/promotional footage. All for $100/day.
3. Sustainability for everyone. We donate 10% of all sales to the Rainforest Trust meaning just by being on our platform, your brand becomes more sustainable overnight. If you are sustainable, we just compound your efforts and add another layer of charity to the mix.
4. Promotions and networking. We work with some amazing models who give us access to them for product promotions, giveaways, etc. We have also been featured on various publications, including TheKit.ca, Startup Fashion Week, Ryerson Fashion School, and our network grows constantly to provide more eyeballs on your products.
HOW IT WORKS
1. We connect to your site through a free (for you) app that mirrors your inventory on our site. This inventory remains synced in real-time, meaning pricing, photos, descriptions, etc. are all updated instantly when a sale or change to a product is made. This means no upkeep is required to be on our site. Worry about yours, and we take care of the rest.
2. Orders are automatically forwarded to your Shopify store through the app and pop up on your dashboard like any other order. No new processes are required for fulfillment.
3. We re-imburse you the shipping that the customer paid to cover some of your fulfillment costs.
4. At the end of the month we send you your gross sales from our platform, less 10% for our fee.
Aside from having to be on Shopify, we have a few things we require all our brands to do.
1. Follow our instagram page
2. Let your followers know you are available on our site as a one time post. The realty is the more people that see our site, the more people that will see your brand that wouldn't have before. It's a community approach that pays it forward.
3. Fulfill all orders within 2 busines days (exceptions given for Made To Order items)
4. Communicate. We need to be able to get in touch with for many reasons, from coordinating promotions, running a post, adding new collections etc. We understand everyone has a business to run, and we make it as easy as possible to broaden your platform, we just ask for open lines of communication in return.
